Short Description:

The TY-5T is a compact, bench-top press-fit servo press engineered for large-format PCBA and heavy connector crimping tasks. With a 950×675mm worktable and up to 6T/10T customizable force, it handles oversized backplanes, D-sub connectors, high-density pin headers and board-to-board assemblies that smaller machines cannot reach.

Built on an integrated dual-gantry + dual-guide-rod frame, it holds ±0.01mm positional accuracy and operates at a wide press-fit speed range of 0.01–70mm/s. A recipe-based control system stores pressure, displacement, slope, speed and hold-time curves per product, with real-time curve display and saving for quality records.
