TY-3TA High Precision Closed Loop Servo Press Fit Machine for Power Connector and IGBT Crimping

The TY-3TA is a fully enclosed, stand-alone press-fit servo press purpose-built for IGBT power modules and heavy-duty industrial connectors. A Z-axis servo drive, high-resolution load cell and optical linear scale form a fully closed-loop control system, delivering real-time force feedback and motion-position feedback down to 0.005 mm — fine enough to watch every stage of the crimp as it happens.

Two independent pressure-monitoring units run throughout the cycle, sensing the moment the die touches the connector and protecting delicate pins and housings from overload. Before contact, the press head activates a floating function that suspends the die, preventing scratches while the module is aligned and rotated to match its geometry.
