Feature

1. The stepping motor is used to drive the ball screw for the up and down movement. The accuracy of the motor is 0.1mm, and the soldering depth is accurate.

2. The circuit board floats on the tin surface for immersion tin, which is not affected by the depth of solder.

3. The lifting speed of the product to be dipped is adjustable, and the dipping angle of the circuit board is adjustable to reduce the surface tension and meet the process requirements.

4.  It can automatically scrape off the surface oxide to the tin slag tank in each working cycle to improve the welding quality.

7. Imported heating tubes are used, which have been insulated and have a long service life. The temperature control adopts PID control with an accuracy of ±2°. The tin furnace is made of industrial pure titanium TA1, and the temperature detection uses K-type thermocouples.

Structural features of flux spray furnace:

The nozzle is imported from Taiwan. The inside of the nozzle is made of brass, and the inner wall is made of a unique hand-polished process, which will not be corroded by flux. The atomization effect is good, the spray flux is uniform and the flux has good wettability, which can completely remove the oxides on the surface of the circuit board and each plug-in, and at the same time form a uniform anti-oxidation film on the circuit board with low surface tension. To achieve the best effect of immersion tin soldering.

The principle of the spray furnace is that the electric pump atomizes the liquid flux into small particles through the nozzle, and coats it on the surface of the circuit board to improve the welding quality and save more than half of the flux consumption.
