When there is a large difference in the area of the processed pcb board, the belt speed should be fine-tuned to achieve a good welding effect. The general principle of adjustment is: when the area of the pcb board is small, the speed of the mesh belt is slightly faster; when the area of the pcb board is large, the speed of the mesh belt is slightly slower, and everything is subject to achieving a good welding effect;

2. The PID parameters of the temperature control table shall not be set casually;

3. The inlet and outlet of the reflow soldering machine should avoid the outside natural wind blowing in during use, which will affect the dynamic temperature balance in the furnace and affect the welding quality;

4. When sending out the PCB workpiece from the discharge port of the reflow furnace, it is necessary to avoid the accident of scalding the operator’s hand; it is also necessary to prevent the PCB board from accumulating in the discharge port, causing the PCB board to fall or the PCB board at the exit. Low solder strength under high temperature conditions SMD components fall off due to falling or crushing impact;

5. Do a good job in the daily maintenance of the welding machine equipment: clean the surface of the equipment every day to make it free of contamination, click the refueling button once a week in the manual mode of refueling, and lubricate the roller chain with high-temperature lubricating oil (BIO-30); in continuous production, monthly Not less than twice: Check to add high temperature lubricating oil to the furnace motor and each rotating shaft wheel;

6. Check whether the ground wire of the welding machine is connected reliably before starting the machine every day;

7. After troubleshooting, turn on the main power supply of the equipment and turn the red mushroom-shaped emergency stop switch clockwise to return to the original working state. When the machine is turned off, the PCB and the conveying steel mesh belt should not be stopped in the furnace that is still in a high temperature state, and the conveying belt should be stopped after the temperature in the machine has dropped.
